Why Affiliate Marketing Requires Hard Work?

This post is for newbies. If you are an advanced internet marketer, please ignore this post. First thing, Do you want to clone my internet business? If YES, click here, if NOT keep reading, please...

People who really make it in this industry are the ones who are working at it in full time. Writing is hard work, reading is hard work, learning how-to is hard work.

Even creating videos is hard work. To learn how to sell is not something you do overnight. Experts are becoming experts after days, months and years of creating content for their affiliate products.

You won't make it the first day, that is luck, or you can put simply a fake hype about a product and try that way. The problem is that people nowadays are not falling for this anymore.

Before the affiliate industry fall, there were the Nigerian schemes. You would receive an email randomly from some "prince" or "lottery prize" claiming that they need your information to transfer you the money.

I remember myself falling for one of those schemes, they gave me a phone number to call to, but that number was bogus. It was meant to tax me overprice after the beep.

Soon after the "affiliate marketing" niche, the affiliates started to become pushy, like a salesman who doesn't leave your door until you buy his/her product.

Then it was selling on the phone. Gosh, I'm glad that the period is over. Now you have smart apps that can block spammers.

But "affiliate marketing" works, if you decide to go white hat and you start to do it ethically. All you need to do is to be honest, humble and a giver.

Copy/pasting is a bad habit. If you don't create your own blog/vlog talking about your personal experience and you just trying to copy someone else, you will fail.

I see a lot of black hat methods. SEO debates, bits of advice about how to go on forums and put your affiliate link into the signature, posting links on social media for no reason.

Let me tell you this. Forums are dead. Like the retro stuff, we don't use anymore. You are just wasting your time looking there for answers. You ain't get any sales that way.

But there is more. People still don't know what a landing page is, what an autoresponder is or what a lead is and why it earns you $2. People don't know this stuff.

They think a business is some building somewhere, with employees and not someone from home with a laptop and an internet connection.

And the hard part is to convince them this. How many people do you know reacting positively when you tell them about "working from home"?

I tell you, select few. They get skeptical very fast, saying that is impossible. That is a reason why the affiliate industry works so slow. Television is hiding this type of business.

Imagine if we are all working from home, what would happen with the government? They don't want to give control to the people. If you are starting on your own, they will tell you that "You won't make it".

Why is affiliate marketing so hard? That is why. The startup is the hardest like any other business. You will have moments when you don't want to do it anymore, but that's when you got to push yourself even more.

Don't sleep until you shared your message with everybody. As bad as it is, write that article, film that video and don't forget to make sure that your links are working properly. DO it daily.
